HOW LONG DO THE WAX MELTS LAST?

One cube will throw off scent for approximately 20 hours, so a typical wax melt pack will provide roughly 120 hours of scent!

HOW LONG DO THE 9 OZ AND 13 OZ CANDLES LAST?

If the candle is burned properly (i.e. burning until the wax pools and melts to all edges), the 9 oz candle should last approximately 80 hours and the 13 oz candle should last approximately 120 hours.

HOW LONG SHOULD I BURN A CANDLE TO ENSURE IT BURNS THOROUGHLY?

Make sure to burn your candle until the melted pool of wax reaches the edge of the vessel.  This helps avoid something called "tunneling" which is when wax melts and burns down rather than out, causing uneven melting of the wax.

DO I NEED TO TRIM MY WOODEN WICK?

Yes!  We know it's a bit annoying, but trimming your wick to 1/4" before each burn ensures the wick is performing properly and helps avoid soot or smoke getting into the air when the wick is lit.  There are wooden wick trimmers available, or if you're careful, a strong pair of scissors will do the trick!
