SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We typically ship all non-custom items in 5-7 business days.  However, we also will often ship on Saturdays!  Shipping times for custom items will vary and we will be sure to communicate those times to you clearly, including any changes that may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Our products, with the exception of any alcohol-based items, are eligible to be shipped internationally.  Please see your cart/checkout screen for applicable shipping charges.  Please note that duties and taxes may be due upon arrival in your country.  We do not collect these duties/taxes prior so these expenses will be your responsibility upon receipt.  This includes VAT charges in the UK - as we are a small business, we do not have our own IOSS number (unlike on our Etsy shop where we are allowed to use theirs).  If you would like to pay your VAT charges prior to shipping, please visit our Etsy store.

DO YOU SHIP TO THE EU & NORTHERN IRELAND?

As of 12/01/24, we unfortunately no longer are able to ship to EU-member countries and Northern Ireland due to changes to the General Safety and Performance Requirements (GSPR) imposed by the EU.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST?

We keep an eye on our packages as best as we can to watch packages that have been outstanding for 2+ weeks, especially those that sit in the "Pre-Shipment" status. Before we can issue any kind of refund, we will submit a "Missing Mail Search Request" with USPS and work with them. If it has been deemed that the package has in fact been lost, we will submit a claim with USPS. Depending on your preference, we will then provide a replacement package (subject to product availability) or offer a refund.

WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARE DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING/DELIVERY?

Please ensure to take pictures of the damage for us.  If we determine that damage was due to shipping/delivery, we can either send a replacement or in-like replacement (depending on inventory) or issue a refund for the damage item(s).

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE CANNOT BE DELIVERED AND IS RETURNED TO THE NERF HERDER CO.?

We will reach out to you to try and rectify the situation as much as possible. However, The Nerf Herder Co. is not responsible for delays in shipments related to incorrect postal addresses being provided. In most cases, shipping costs will NOT be refunded to you as the customer as a result of this error. If you wish to have your package re-sent, additional shipping charges will apply. If you wish to request a refund, this can be accommodated with the caveat that shipping charges will not be refunded.AT

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

As  we are a small business (think really small - as in, run by one person!), we currently DO NOT accept returns or exchanges - ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
